We’re thrilled to welcome Carlos Arena to Kiln as our VP of Sales – Americas!

Carlos brings a wealth of experience bridging traditional finance and digital assets.

Before joining Kiln, he was a Director of Digital Assets Sales at Google Cloud, where he led the newly formed Digital Assets team – defining and executing its Web3 strategy and forging strategic partnerships across the blockchain ecosystem. Prior to that, he served as Global Head of Banking Sales at R3, expanding enterprise blockchain adoption for regulated financial institutions worldwide.

Carlos began his career at Goldman Sachs and Deutsche Bank on their FX and Interest Rate derivatives desks. He also proudly represented Mexico in swimming at the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games.

“I am excited to join Kiln at this critical juncture for institutional staking,” said Carlos Arena. “Kiln has already established itself as a premier provider based on its technological innovations and security-first approach, and I look forward to helping drive the next phase of growth by expanding our offerings and deepening our relationships with leading financial institutions, asset managers, and innovators across the Americas.”

Based in New York City, Carlos joins Kiln at a pivotal moment in our U.S. expansion. His deep capital markets expertise and proven leadership in Web3 will help us continue our mission of democratizing value creation in digital assets – providing secure, scalable, and innovative staking solutions for institutions across the globe.
