Discover Kiln's hiring process and access supportive resources throughout your journey.
Your first step is applying (of course). Use our job search to explore open roles and if you see something you like, hit apply. Once received, our recruitment team will review your application. We meticulously review every individual Ashby application we receive. Feel free to explore our products and tech blog in the meantime!
Your journey begins with a 50-minute phone interview with Guillaume or Myriam. It's a chance for us to learn about your background and for you to ask initial questions about the role, team, or company. We'll also discuss your experiences and career goals.
After the recruiteer interview, you'll receive a role-specific take-home case study. Completion time varies (45min - 2h30) based on the role. This task evaluates your technical abilities and approach to real challenges you might face in the role.
In this 1 to 2-hour session (role-dependent), you'll engage with your future manager and a peer from the team to assess your technical proficiency. They'll discuss your case study, pose expertise-related questions, and simulate problem-solving scenarios. The session also offers time for your inquiries.
Up next: a 45-minute cultural fit interview. You'll meet two members from other Kiln teams, including one leader and one individual contributor to gauge alignment with our values. It's about fitting in and finding professional fulfillment at Kiln.
You're close! Next up: a 30-minute meeting with a Kiln co-founder. It's a crucial opportunity for both sides to ensure the perfect match at the highest level. They will evaluate your drive and alignment with our company's vision.
You'll soon receive an oral job offer, followed by a written one detailing compensation, benefits, and other employment specifics.
What may be discussed during your interview and how to prepare.
